Our commercial and technical services are open from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

 

Yes. Registration is mandatory to place an order on our online store.

 

Just click on the option “Forgot your password?” on the store entry page and fill in the fields indicated.

 

After your online registration, your data will be processed and validated by our administrative services. This process can take up to 48 hours. If you still can’t access the online store, please contact us at comercial@lismania.com.

 

After adding the desired products to the cart, at checkout select the option "Inquiry". You can also request na inquiry by email to comercial@lismania.com or by phone at (+351) 252 871 825.

 

After the quote is available for viewing in your client area, you will be offered two options – “Accept” or “Reject” the quote. When accepting the quote, it is automatically converted into an order. Likewise, if you reject it, it is considered nullified.

 

Dispatched orders will be delivered within 24h to 36h anywhere in the continental territory. Contact us for delivery times to other destinations.

 

Your order can be sent by carrier or you can collect it at our facilities. You can choose the delivery option at checkout of your order.

 

The delivery cost in mainland Portugal is €8.50 (+ VAT). For orders with a net value above €250.00, the delivery in Mainland Portugal is free. Regarding other destinations, the delivery cost is automatically added at checkout.

Yes. To repeat an order or quote, just go to "Orders" or "Inquiries" tab and click on the "Repeat" button.

 

Yes, you can see the available stock when you add the item to the shopping cart. However, even if the item you want does not have available stock, you can place your order and you ‘ll be later informed of its delivery date.

If you have ordered a product without available stock, you will be notified by email of the situation. You will also be contacted by our services and informed of a new delivery date.
